- REMOVE AND REPLACE AC LOW/HIGH SIDE SERVICE PORT VALVES
- Evaluate A/C System – Inspect High/Low Side Pressures, Inspect A/C Components, Verify Compressor Engagement, Perform Leak Test. INSPECTION FOUND SERVICE PORT VALVES TO HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF AC DYE ON THEM INDICATING A SMALL LEAK IN THE SYSTEM. JUST UNDER 9 OUNCES WILL BE NEEDED TO TOP OFF AC SYSTEM. IN DOING SO, WE WILL ADD AC DYE TO THE SYSTEM SO THAT IF ANY LEAKS OCCUR AFTER THE FACT, WE WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK THEM DOWN.
- Remove and store refrigerant, evacuate system and add proper amount of lubricant and refrigerant. Reclaim refrigerant prior to system service. Draw vacuum, check for leaks. Recharge with proper amount of lubricant and refrigerant.
